Stephen James Luxury Organics is a Hong Kong based company, but we are dedicated to helping people from all over the world be healthy, happy and energized! Although we try to reach every corner of the globe, there are some countries that we cannot make deliveries to. Please refer to the “Restrictions” section below for further information.

Shipping Rates & Options

Our shipping rates and delivery times are based on our couriers, FedEx, and Shun Fung HK. Below are your delivery options; rates can be found by clicking the link next to the delivery option. If you are ordering within Hong Kong and Macau, Shun Fung HK offers a one-day delivery.

If you are shipping to an international destination (i.e. outside Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China), your delivery options are as follows: 

Priority (3-5 Business Days) 

Economy (6-7 Business Days)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please take into account any restrictions (as listed below) the country that you are shipping to may have on food, or similar, imports, as this may delay the delivery times listed above.

Restrictions

When ordering from Stephen James Luxury Organics Ltd., the customer must abide by the laws and customs of the country to which they are shipping their order to. There may be restrictions on importing food substances, and the customer is responsible for knowing what these restrictions are/may be.

Import Duties

Import fees are charged by the country in which you, the customer, would like to ship to. Since these vary quite significantly, we will provide an estimate of these duties. If the duties amount to a greater sum than the estimate given, the customer will not be charged extra. Sometimes import duties are included into the fees listed by our couriers, however these are subject to change without prior notice and the customer may have to pay these duties in order to receive their package.

Return Process

If you are unsatisfied with an order, you can return the items or make an exchange within 30 days of placing your order.  Please note that returns are subject to limitaitons as listed further down this page, and that opened items cannot be refunded.

The first step is to fill out and print this form. Place the printed form with your order in the original packaging and ship to the following address:

If you are returning an item, the card you used to make the purchase will be refunded within 7-10 business days after we have received the package.

Limitations

When returning or exchanging an item, the following limitations will be applied:

• We cannot refund/exchange any items that are lost, stolen, misrouted, or seized by customs
• We cannot refund/exchange items that have been opened
• We cannot refund shipping and handling costs of the items
• We cannot accept returned items/items for exchange, without the printed return slip
• Any taxes or tariffs imposed by the country the items were shipped to and where they are shipped from fall upon the customer
